I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and comfy, although the noise outside was a bit of an issue. However, the second room I got wasn't as good, but it was acceptable after the waiting time. The service was unpersonal but turned out very helpful in the end.

Staying on the first floor, I enjoyed clean and big rooms with a great view of Central Station and a surprising lack of outside noise even in such a central location.
